I grew up in Rancho Cucamonga, California, and decided I wanted to be a teacher at a young age. After high school, I traveled through New Zealand and Asia helping the less fortunate and teaching English. I have coached track and field and volleyball since 2015. In 2019, I helped coach my alma mater to their second state championship in girls volleyball.

I grew up attending a school based on classical education, and I am grateful my life has come full circle now, allowing me to teach classical education.

I have always had a passion for education, health, and nutrition and decided to major in Health Education and Health Promotion for my Bachelor’s degree. I believe integrating movement into the classroom helps with child development and allows for healthy social and emotional development.

I am recently married to my amazing husband, Parker. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, running, camping in the desert dirt-bike riding, and going to the river boating with my husband.

I’m excited to be teaching 3rd grade this year!
